When the time comes to introduce a transaction fee, every dealer on the platform will receive a minimum of 60–90 days advance notice. The message will be simple: here is the proof of value the platform has delivered, here is what dealers have saved using it, and here is the modest success fee we are introducing to sustain and grow it. No surprises.
